I waited way longer than expected for my package, and it still ended up arriving late. it felt like something that could’ve been prevented with better shipping updates or planning

"Refund took longer than expected"
I ordered from lacrosseunlimited.com and ended up needing to return a few things. The return itself wasn’t the worst, but getting the refund took a lot longer than I expected, and I had to follow up a couple times to get an update. Maybe they were just backed up or something, but it was still frustrating. I’m not sure I’d order again anytime soon...

"Checkout was really frustrating"
I was already in a tired mood when I tried to place my order, and the checkout process just made it worse. My payment kept failing, and then my cart emptied twice, so I gave up. I’m not going to order from here.

"Customer service really needs to improve"
I reached out to customer service about my order, it was more frustrating than helpful. The replies took a while, and when they finally came, it felt like they hadn’t really read what I wrote.
I kept having to repeat the same basic questions, which just seems unnecessary. I’m not expecting anything fancy, just clear answers and a reasonable response time when there’s an issue with an order.
In the end, I still didn’t feel like I got a straight answer. Based on this experience, I probably wouldn’t order again unless their customer support gets better...

"Received the wrong gloves"
I ordered gloves but ended up getting the wrong ones in my package. I’m sure other customers would be just as frustrated if this happened to them, since you expect to receive what you actually paid for. Hopefully this can be fixed quickly.

"Custom order didn’t turn out like I hoped"
I ordered a custom head and it was disappointing when it showed up. The name was a little crooked, and the color didn’t really match what I picked. It looked dull in some spots and uneven in others, which just made the whole thing feel kind of rushed, even though I guess custom stuff is supposed to take time.
I had already waited a while for it, so that probably made me more annoyed when I opened it. For the price, I was expecting it to look a lot cleaner. Maybe I just got unlucky, but based on this one I wouldn’t order custom work from here again.

"Kind of hit or miss, my lacrosse head didn’t last"
I ordered a lacrosse head from here, this one was a miss for me. It felt a little cheap right out of the box, and after just a few practices it started cracking. For what I paid, I expected it to hold up a lot better. Disappointing overall

"Pretty disappointed with my order"
I was excited when I placed my order, but that feeling faded fast. The whole process ended up being more frustrating than it needed to be, and when I needed help, the service just didn’t really make me feel taken care of. I kept hoping it would turn around, but by the end I was just annoyed and disappointed. I expected better from Lacrosse Unlimited, and I probably won’t be ordering from them again.

"Stringing was honestly a mess!!!"
I got my stick strung here and was disappointed when I got it back!!! The pocket felt uneven, and the shooters were all over the place!!! I ended up having to take it somewhere else to get it fixed, so it really didn’t feel worth the wait or the money for me!!!

"Discounts didn’t really live up to the hype"
I signed up for the texts and emails because I figured there’d be some decent deals, but most of the codes didn’t apply to the things I actually wanted. The sale prices looked alright at first, but once shipping was added, it didn’t feel like much of a discount anymore. Maybe other people have had better luck catching a real promo, but for me the savings felt a little misleading.

"Not terrible, but hard to justify the price"
I’ll give them credit, my order showed up when I needed it and everything was basically fine. But the prices felt a lot higher than other lacrosse shops I looked at, even for simple stuff like mesh and gloves, so I was already kind of questioning it before I checked out.
The quality wasn’t bad or anything, just not amazing enough to make the total feel worth it after shipping. Maybe it’s convenient if you’re in a pinch, but for what I paid, I expected either better deals or cheaper shipping. I probably wouldn’t order again unless I really had no other option.

I ordered a couple things that the site said were in stock, then a few days later Captain Inventory tells me they actually weren’t available. Annoying, honestly. Wasted my time and made the whole order feel pointless.

After I placed my order, I barely heard anything for a while, and the updates I did get were slow and kind of vague. I get that delays happen, but it feels like the right thing to do is keep customers in the loop, especially after they’ve already paid...

"Sizing advice missed the mark"
I asked for help with a head and glove size and the advice was not great. The gloves felt weird and the pocket was not what I had asked for. With lacrosse gear I expect people to know the details better so this was frustrating. I would not go through the hassle again
